ATN Book Lists Currently maintained by Keane, ATN is an easy-to-navigate, searchable site that offers lists of recommended books arranged by topic.

Guys Read Jon Scieszka. It's all about getting guys to read. Many of the selections lend themselves to reading aloud because they are fast paced, adventurous, and/or humorous. Not a read-aloud site per se, but worth checking out for ideas.

Reading Rants! Out of the Ordinary Teen Booklists! Jennifer Hubert. A middle school librarian has put together a terrific teen literacy page that is chock-full of top teen picks, from "Graphic Fantastic" to "Teen Tearjerkers."

Teen Page Springfield City Library, Springfield , MA . This public library takes its teen audience seriously. A well-organized page with a bounty of teen-oriented reading.

Teen Reading American Library Association, Young Adult Library Services Association. All of the major young adult award winners plus links to "Tips to Encourage Reading" and "Teens' Top Ten," titles actually chosen by teens.
