Children's services at the Glen Cove Public Library welcomes the whole family. The children's department has storytimes for toddlers, educational programs for school age children and research materials for students and teachers. Programs and library materials are tailored to meet the needs of the Glen Cove community.

The Children's Room has an extensive book collection including picture books, easy readers, juvenile fiction, non-fiction and research materials, as well as the latest collection of books on tape, DVD's and videos.

The combined resources of our on-line catalogue, internet, word processing programs and CD-ROM educational games provide the children and families of Glen Cove with the tools to pursue their educational, cultural and social interests in the welcoming environment of our Children's Room at the Glen Cove Library.
